Apple on Saturday ( 10/05/2014 ) send an email to developers (
developers ) are listed in the iTunes app to notify them of scheduled
maintenance for iTunes Connect , the portal dedicated to managing the
application binary analysis tool for monitoring monetization on iTunes .Quoted from Softpedia , via email , Apple said that the outage schedule ( Disabling ) only lasted 1 day ie May 14, 2014 .Apple
writes , " To the developer who we respect, iTunes Connect will be
undergoing scheduled maintenance on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 , for about
four hours starting at 8 am ( PT ) . During this time , iTunes Connect
and the delivery of content will not be available in iTunes . "In
other words , if the developer plans to submit a new application binary
, an update to an existing application , or even manage the contents of
your application 's description in the form of text , language , system
requirements , screenshots , etc. then the developer must do so before
or after the scheduled maintenance .So far , it remains unknown reasons Apple should disable iTunes , but this is not the first time Apple has done this . Instead of reasoned maintenance software , most likely Apple will launch developer tools ( tools) or new services .
